Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes. NOCLU is not responsible for shipping delays once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Preorder Items

Certain products offered by NOCLU may be available for purchase on a preorder basis. Preorder items are not in stock at the time of purchase and will ship at a later date. Estimated shipping dates for preorder products are displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email. These dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
    Your order reserves your item and secures your place in the preorder queue.

  • Estimated shipping timelines may change.
    While we make every effort to meet the stated timelines, unforeseen delays can occur. We will provide updates if significant changes arise.

  • Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may ship together.
    If you would like in-stock items to ship sooner, please place a separate order.

  • Cancellation Policy.
    Preorder purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed, as production is tied directly to preorder quantities. Contact us at support@shopnoclu.com for assistance.

  • Shipping notifications.
    You will receive an email with tracking information once your preorder item has shipped.

By placing a preorder, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
